Power dispatching system for the subway (section 1, 3 and 4)
QNX PC1- PC running QNX OS. It transmits commands and receive state information through multi point serial
lines from the Multiprom devices. PC1 is in touch with SUN stations through Ethernet lines and sends information
needed for graphical representation, and receives commands from the dispatcher.
QNX PC2 – The second PC running QNX OS. This PC is in Wait State. It permanently receives information
from the multiprom devices but it dodn’t sends commands.
The only situation when this PC sends Commands is when PC1 is out of order.
SUN 1- SUN Station that
displays the state of the devices, and sends the manual commands.
SUN 2 –
The second SUN Station that works only if SUN1 is out of Order.
